The university program board is a group of students and advisors who put on student events on campus and they're always busy planning new things. There are usually at least 3 events per week on campus. In addition to on campus events there are also off campus things to do like Disneyland, Angel's Stadium, Old Towne Orange, etc.

Sports, clubs, local city is walking distance from campus. Great food, shopping and living! 20 minutes to the beach, 1.5 hours to ski. What more could you want?

There are so many things that a student can do to have fun, like they can participate in the events that the university and other groups have to offer and there is the study abroad where they can do some studies while they are on a cruise, and participate in a sport, which I would try for soccer, basketball, or others that they offer and much more.

I do clubs, classes, and music. Orange isn't exactly the most happening place in orange, but you can easily get to LA, and I find plenty to do on campus.

It all depends if you have a car or a roommate/friend who has one. That sounds harsh, but it's true. Orange has a nice downtown area with the Circle, but to get to a grocery store or a Target, it takes 10-15 minutes to drive. Also, many freshmen get Disneyland passes since it's only about a ten minute drive away. That said, there are many things to do on campus with clubs or other groups and there are always free screenings at Dodge!

CHAPMAN RADIO!! There are a lot of on campus activities, not all of them are super fun, but they have trips like hiking trips or major oriented trips that are SO beneficial to learning and to human development in general.

The Orange Circle! Fun, antique old-school turned collegetown place about a quarter of a mile away from the dorms. Fun to hang out and go to the diners or just walk around and shop in the boutiques. Nice cafe's also.
