    You have pay out of pocket for books and everything. The school not worth have sky high loans after you graduate. I had to get 2 loans that equal up to two years of college. I only did one year there. Teachers make you get books you don't need.

    I believe that Chowan is definitely worth the cost. A lot of people look at the cost of school and believe that they can not afford it, but the secret about Chowan is there are always scholarship opportunities. There are always ways for you to receive money from the school. If you utilize your resources there will always be a way, in the long run I believe that it is definitely worth the cost. Any higher education is worth the cost, because the ending benefits surpass the cost.

    We have many music concerts and events throughout the week after you have finish studying. Some events have been like the David Esleck Jazz Trio, or karate choreograph shows, or even plays that tour around the world. We have bingo night in which they give back money for laundry, food, etc. and movie nights in which they play the latest movies.
