Not much to do in the area due to the curfews mentioned earlier. Charleston does have stuff to do but after the first year or so you've done it all.

Intramural sports, talking to people in your company, and creating a unique sense of humor to get through the day.

If you earn the privilege after your PFT you get to go downtown. There's usually something going on, especially when it's not cold out (though you have to always be in uniform when going off campus). The better you do on your PFT, the more privileges you get.

I mainly hang with my friends and we do our own thing.

At the Citadel the cadets go out on leave into the city of Charleston when it is granted. When not on leave there are intramural sports that get very competitive and because a cadet is so close to his classmates they spend a lot of time together.

When leave is granted, cadets can visit Charleston, the #1 rated city in the US.

There are a ton of clubs and also ROTC takes time if you want to go in the military.

Go to Charleston and see the sights or to the beach. Football games and sports activities.
