I would give Cleary University an 9/10 rating. The staff is excellent, and the classes are very small and individual oriented in my experience. My only dislike is the lack of decoration and art on the campus!

Cleary University is great and they offer guaranteed tuition with books included. There is no tuition rate difference for any county, state, etc., which is also a bonus. They have small class sizes, both lecture and online, and all the instructors I have had are wonderful and knowledgeable.
