Academics

Being a liberal arts school, the college requirers students to take foreign languages and other classical classes that would normally be left out of a biology major. While these courses do take time and energy they provide the student to discover new areas and interests that may not have been noticed prior to attending the school.

I'm learning so much here. The teachers are all challenging, but eager to teach and very interesting.

Professors are reasonable, knowledgeable, and experienced. If you make an effort to go to their office hours for help, stay involved in in-class discussion, and overall try to perform well in the class, everyone is very willing to help and listen.

I am in the honors college so my work is slightly more vigorous than others. That being said it is a good amount of work because I stay sane while also working hard and earning a respected degree.
