Tips for prospective students would be... make sure you pack your bathing suite because we live right by the water! Second, make sure you attend all your class because you never know when a professor may give you extra credit! Lastly, establish a good relationship with your professor and the staff because they are here to help you succeed!

Use all the resources available to you. Stay on track in class since day one, you don't want to be trying to catch up for the rest of the semester. Attend career opportunity fairs they do help.

As far as tips for prospective students I would say apply and send in all required documents EARLY! Please do not wait to the last minute. You have to pay a $25 online application fee before your application is even submitted to the school so please be aware and have your funds available prior to even starting your application.

Visit the college campus that you will be attending, and find out what college services are specifically available to you. Some students may be eligible for the Trio program which offers in depth career services and academic advising. As for financial aid, make sure to speak with an advisor early and often! Do not wait until the last minute to start looking for additional funding for college.
