Around Town

There are variety of sports and activities that students can participate in. That is also a great way to meet new people.

Joining clubs or organizations is the way to go! The Living Leadership Program is really great to participate in, and the student government, the Student Leadership Council, is really fun too!

It's a community college, so not much!

Join on-campus organizations. There is always fun events and cool talks happening and you will really enjoy your time here if you take advantage of it.

Go home and hang out with your family. Currently undergoing a multi-year remodeling/building project the college is PACKED and even the library study areas seem to be social centers.

Join a club or socialize at the nearest gathering hall.

There are tons of clubs and sports if you are a more outgoing person, but if you are more intrapersonal you can always hang out with friends or at the library, go for coffee, or take a walk through the campus' surrounding nature.

There are many activities throughout the campus, as well as places called lounges where students can interact and have a great time.

Hang out at the Starbucks coffee, play a quick game of pool in between classes or just lounge around on one of their many comfy couches that no one ever seems to be using! There are always events and presentations going on that are very interesting.

I mainly just go to school, learn and leave, but this is because I work a lot. Others enjoy time hanging out on campus, at the COD movie theater, library, cafeteria, or nearby attractions.
