Since the classes are small you are in a cozier environment and you have much more one on one time with the teacher. The curriculum is complex and yet easy to work with and you achieve a much higher educational experience then you think you would get.

The College of Lake County (CLC) is a great institution of learning, offering paths to a multiplicity of different careers. This school would be a perfect complement to individuals who have an open mind, are eager to learn and can appreciate the down-to-earth common sense that every member of the community (students, faculty and staff) possesses. Those who are associated with CLC also have a tasteful sense of pride because they know that, in spite of the college's derisive epithets by outsiders, the college truly is a great educational institution that believes in a holistic approach offering many resources for their people.
» Read MoreThis college has highly skilled professors with a vast amount of knowledge that they allow to be tapped into by students. The campus is not the most technically up to date but is really nice for a community college. The summer classes are also a nice additive to the curriculum.

» Read MoreThe College of Lake County has three locations that are spread over the county. It is very convenient because one location is closer to my house, so I don't have to commute as far! The interior is very nice, too.
