    In terms of education in Virginia, you are getting the most bang for the buck at William and Mary. Schools that compete with WM in this regard, are UVA and maybe one or two other colleges I can't think about. William and Mary might be a small school, but it offers an astounding number of great opportunities that you'll have difficulty finding elsewhere.
