Learning materials are current and lessons incorporate new scientific findings as they are published. Labs are clean and equipment is in good condition. Professors are friendly and knowledgeable. Tutoring is available if desired. For freshmen, at least, effort is focused on increasing the depth, rather than breadth, of knowledge. Plenty to captivate the active mind, but classes will start out a bit slow for anyone who has taken AP courses or researched their subject of interest independently.

CSU has a lot of opportunity to it, ranging from majors to sports. Its campus life is that of an ordinary small to medium size campus, not that much focused on Greek life as well. the students here vary a lot in diversity from international students to out of state students and from differentiating races as well.

The University I attend has guided me in a direction of truly finding out who I am. Though i have had to overcome more struggles than most during the time I have spent here, CSUP has helped tremendously. The only flaw is the city's resources are far from the campus.

A small, interconnected campus with helpful and friendly professors and staff. Some struggle with financial aid, but over all a great experience.
