Around Town

Fargo, ND is only a few minutes away and the Fargo/Moorhead area has really expanded in recent years. Lots of shops and restaurants to visit. With many colleges in the area, it is easy to find things geared towards college students.

Campus always has something fun going on whether it be Grocery Bingo or a Comedian. And there is always hanging out with friends in the Maize.

Like any collage town. There's movies, games, shopping, eating out , concerts , est.

CEC plans many activities for students to attend. The Fargo-Moorhead area itself also provides many things for college students to end. With three colleges in the area, there is plenty for college students to do

If there is not a campus event going on most people usually go to Marcus Safari and watch a movie for 2 dollars. If you are not up for a movie you can also go Swing Dancing every Friday night or just chill and eat in the Maize with your friends.

I think Mall of America is near by.

Once you're up here you might think there's not much to do... it is kind of in the middle of nowhere. However, just across the river is Fargo. In Fargo there are a ton of cute shops and there's the normal city things you can do. Also, there are some parks you can go to around Moorhead.

Concordia is placed in a prime location with so much to do! You can go to the zoo, downtown night life, shopping, water activites, bowling, parks and much more. If you wanted to stay on campus there is always a sporting event going on and other fun events such at plays or bands.

There are always activities going on, plus its located in the Fargo-Moorhead area with lots to do.
