It is an amazing school, I felt so accepted and i feel like that is my home. It made my passion come to life even more than it had before.

This school will honestly change your life as well as your perspective on the entire culinary world. You will grasp new ideas and techniques like you never even thought you would. The one thing you need at this school is passion; with enough passion you will have the drive to make it through and become one of the best.

Great school to learn the classical French Techniques. Education value and reputation has declined over the last couple years. Very well known and recognized education.

I am a current student at the CIA. It was everything i expected it to be and more, I cannot wait to finish out my career here as a student.

The resources here are plentiful; if you want to know anything there is at least ten books here on the subject. The chefs here are true professionals and experts in their respective fields. The education here is the most extensive but at a fast pace; which is in short the definition of our industry.

I love my school, it has reached higher than my expectations! The campus is beautiful and all the classes are straight to the point and I have learned a lot for the past six weeks that I have been here. I am excited to see where my life goes after my four years attending my dream school!

The Culinary Institute of America has the best chefs from around the world. You are constantly learning about food, even when you sit down to each lunch. It is an amazing experience that no other school will give you.

I believe the school is great! It can get a little old fashioned at times but overall the experience is amazing. The school really prepares us for the culinary world

The educational program at CIA Greystone is phenomenal in standard compared to other programs offered in the country. The program prepares students for the business, professional expectation, networking, and skills that rank the students above other contenders when applying for jobs. However, one thing that needs improvement is the dorm; it needs more funding and attention to make the outside experience at the school more enjoyable.

The CIA is a great school. One of the best if you want to do culinary arts or baking and pastry. Its definitely a school where you need to focus 100%!
