» Read MoreFor you prospective students I would suggest that you get as involved in the school as much as possible. You will gain so much like friendships, knowledge, and a better perspective on life. If you consider coming here prepare yourself to be stretched to grow intellectually and spiritually. The school requires a certain amount of hours of Christian service. This means that you have to have at least six hours of community service. Some students find this a hassle but understand that this helps you stay on track. You are so busy with everything that you do not have the time to get into any kind of trouble. When it comes to keeping up with all your studies and activities, I advise that you purchase a large calendar to keep up with due dates. If you are coming in as a freshman brace yourself for a difficult transition. The classes do challenge you and the grading system is harder than other colleges. With that being said, do not let it discourage you when making a decision if coming to Dallas Christian College. You have teachers, staff members, and friends helping you along the way.
» Read MoreIf your coming here just to play sports... This is not the place for you! But if you are really trying to make that connection with God and grow in Christ and do missionary and Christian services in the community or in the world this is the place for you! A small campus but every here is family you will see that real quick! If you received that calling from God to come here you should come! If your not serious about it don't waste your time or money coming because you will be disappointed. I LOVE this school and what the name stands for and what they're doing to make this world a better place with better people (better Christians).
