Attending the Delaware College of Art and Design is a great way for student's to cut the cost of their art education by nearly half. The school was founded to help young artists who might not be able to afford an entire four years at art schools of a higher pedigree. A student can obtain a transferrable Associate's of Fine Arts degree, for the cost of only a year of art education at a school like the Pratt Institute.

For a private art school it is amazingly cheap. Although it provides a negligible number of scholarships for students, 20k an year isn't bad.
