    Delaware State University, much like many colleges, charges for every little thing. Money comes with a meal plan (for those who are living on campus). They are called Flex Dollars. Each meal plan comes with 100 flex dollars. They are used to buy food after dining hours (which end at 7:30). It may seem like a lot, but $100 will go quickly. Spend wisely.
