There are many events that go on. I suggest that you take part in them. Get involved with the clubs and activities.

For fun my friend and I like to try to do all the free things DMACC has to offer around the campus. Last week we had street signs made and today we got our eyesight checked.

DMACC offers sports, speakers, group activities, contests, physical fitness and workout rooms, etc. Ankeny area is full of outside activities being close to Saylorville lake you can go to the beach, rent boats etc. There is a wide variety of restaurants, shopping and evening events.

Each campus will have different activities held at festive times of the year. They are fun to be a part of and change every year.

There are activities that the college provides...Hypnotist, Karaoke, etc. and they usually notify you by email of these events. The college also has sporting events that are fun to attend. The fitness center is fun to go to also.

In Carroll there is a bowling alley, many fun restaurants, a skate park, a local coffee shop, and many other options for fun.
