All the teachers are supportive in the students' education goals. Clean and growing school. New construction brings the school into the 21st century college feel.

Diablo Valley College is an amazing place to go if you are looking to become a music major of any sort. The teachers here are very well educated, funny, and care a lot about the students. You will meet amazing musicians from a jazz guitarist to a great classical pianist.

This school is very hit or miss, with some teachers being the cream of the crop, and some being the left overs who barely passed Junior High. The financial aid department definitely takes its time, and even with the large amount of students attending this school, it sure seems as if they like to push things back farther than necessary. Get your general eds done here and run to another college as this college has an excellent transfer record.

Overall pretty good if you keep on top of your requirements for transfer. Classes are impacted and hard to get for incoming frosh. Campus is nice and I enjoyed swimming for the DVC swim team, best experience ever!

It is an easy campus to get the hang of, class sizes are good and teachers are interactive. A wide range of courses with a good selection of online classes as well as a sister school in San Ramon. A lot of parking but near other schools so there is traffic in the mornings.

Its a comfortable environment the teachers are there to help you out. The classroom are small, which is great for the student to interact with everyone and the teachers. The Teachers academic level is University level.

Attending Diablo Valley College has opened my eyes to what I see myself doing in my future. There is a broad range of classes to choose from and my major is quite specific, so the very fact they offer my major as a class is very helpful. They really care for their students and try very hard to help them succeed.

I would give Diablo Valley College a rate of five stars for the staff who gives their quality time in helping the students find what they need to get started with their education goals for the present and for the future. I would say for the parking I would rate a two star for the first month when classes start. This is because the parking is always overwhelming for the new session of every semester. After a while the parking gets better
