    It's worth it to go here! DVC has the highest transfer rate as a community college in California. If you are thinking of going to a community college first, for Music, consider DVC! You wont regret it!

    Costs rise and fall so make sure you talk to your teachers to see which books you must buy the most current edition, and which ones you can go onto Amazon to get an older edition and save some money. If you plan on possibly dropping any classes, ensure you do it before the refund date so that you get that money back.

    Even with the recent increase to $46/unit. You get what you need at DVC for thousands less than at a traditional university. Also community college give people the chance to get used to how things work as a college student before they go off to study on their own
