Out of state tuition is gruesome in this economy! But there is truly no where I'd rather be than an ECU pirate!

    East Carolina University is a beautiful campus with friendly and helpful students and faculty. Although I will not start classes until the fall, I spent my summer on campus with a High School program. The school is full of positive energy and encouragement.

    East Carolina is an amazing school with great academics and a wonderful student body! We have the best school spirit around and support our fellow pirates. The teachers here will take the time to help you out when needed and all of them provide office ours for you to ask questions.

    First off, the campus is so beautiful especially coming from a girl who lives in Maryland and LOVES warm weather. Second, as a huge football fan, I love the spirit and energy of the school and at the football games! Thirdly, the people are so nice down in Greenville, you'll fit right in just as I did!

Overall, the professors have all been very supportive and encouraging throughout this new and sometimes intimidating part of my life.     East Carolina is a great school to attend. Like any other institution it has it's kinks but the people here are always ready to help. The educational level of the school is just challenging enough and there is no school that has more spirit and campus pride than the ECU pirates!
