    Johnson City has everything. There are so many places to go hiking, shopping, walking (despite being a city, it seemed very safe and I felt comfortable driving around the bad part of the city after dark), etc. It also isn't too far from river rafting and zip lining places. Also, the campus has so many clubs to join that I can't imagine anyone ever being bored.

    Hmmm.... for fun... I tend to hang out at my friend's apartment and marathon Netflix. Downtown there are a few interesting stores and bars. There's a mall and a few nice hiking locations. If you're wanting a wild college experience (SHAME ON YOU) ETSU is not for you.

    go to the CPA or just chill at the dorms. some dorms like for instance davis has a basketball and volleyball courts. or you can go to the mall, hiking, and other outdoor things.

    There are all kinds of outdoor activities to do in Johnson City, Tennessee along with the surrounding cities. There is a big shopping mall and plenty of restaurants. The school has all kinds of social activities and organizations.

    There's really nothing to do here on the weekends. During the week, they sometimes have little concerts, & several speakers come. Most people just go home on the weekends because this place has nothing to offer.
