What Students Are Saying

I can tell the freshman classes are just like high school (although i did take AP) I have heard some classes upper level classes are hard. I have heard some professors are hard but they care for you.

i'm a prospective biology/pre- med major who is looking to eventually become a physician assistant. etbu is definitely a small school, but many of their pre-professional students graduate and get into the various types of medical and health professional schools. their nursing program has a 100% pass rate. if you are struggling and need tutoring there are plenty of options available and the professors truly want to help you master the material and succeed.

east texas baptist university is a great academic school. the professors are here for you and not just for a pay check. they actually want to put in effort to help you learn. they want to help you and see you succeed and they are very understanding and are great listeners.
