The food is not always the best in the cafeteria, but there is alternative options such as the dugout which has made to order food. Also they recently built a Starbucks cafe on campus.

ENC usually has pretty good food choices up in the cafeteria but if you don't want that you can head down to the Dugout and use your CubCash or transfer meals to get a bite to eat. The cafe has relatively healthy food and the meal times are a time when most students can go in between classes. It's a great place to socialize with friends and hear about events that are happening that week on campus.

I'm a vegetarian, so it's going to be difficult, I understand. I wouldn't say ENC has GOOD food, but I am also limited to the salad and deli bar most days. There is a vegetarian entree that is available most days, but it's usually pasta. And, if you need anything special, the dining hall is willing to think about it if you request it from them. Recently we implemented a Starbucks on campus, so +1 star for that!
