Categories Comments Campus Safety this campus is among the safest in the united states. it is in a friendly small community and has never had any type of security concern that i know of.
Greek Life as far of greek life there isn't a whole lot of diversity in the greek life aspect. but their is an instructor from romania that provides some diverse greek type attributes.
Clubs and Activities ewc has many clubs: shooting, martial arts, fencing, speech, gay-straight alliance, and many other clubs.
Great for these types of students ewc is great for students that want to succeed their educational goals and want to beat the rest of the competition in the job market atmosphere.
Share any unusual traditions or locations on campus we have a competition called the agriculture olympics, which involves great activities related to agriculture like roping, carrying eggs on a spoon, and other various activities.
Bang for the buck the tuition and fees are the lowest possible cost that you will find and the education you receive there is excellent. not only do you learn the material that you need to, but you experience diverse learning opportunities, since it is a community learning atmosphere.
What to do for fun ewc has racquetball courts, a great fitness center, shooting clubs, martial arts clubs, debate clubs, honors clubs, and many other clubs. the student senate puts on dances, entertainment, and really takes care of the school and the students.
Food and Dining the cafeteria has great food. everything is very well prepared and everything always tastes great. i personally haven't had a bad meal there yet.
Dorm Life ewc just built a new dorm facility, the rooms are big and the space is great. at these dorms laundry is free and the dorm has a security team that stays there all night to watch and make sure people are safe.
Academic Rigor this college will work with you every step of the way and if you stay enrolled and work hard you will attain your educational goals here.
Tips for prospective students this college is a great college that provides great academic improvement opportunities for a low cost. they also provide great scholarships so apply!
In three sentences eastern wyoming college is a great experience. the teacher's are always willing to help you if you fall behind. it is a smaller campus and a very friendly environment.

Clubs and Activities Rodeo, mens and womens basketball, Golf, a gun club, a justice club, intramural sports.
Great for these types of students Those interested in Rodeo, or interested in paying minimum for a great education and experience.
Share any unusual traditions or locations on campus The corner, located near the cafeteria and student center. It is often a place for extracurricular activities.
Bang for the buck Very cheap school with credits that transfer to any other school in Wyoming.
What to do for fun Twice a month the local movie theatre has dollar movie night. The college sponsors pool and ping pong tournaments along with many other activities
Food and Dining Cafeteria food is exceptionally good.
Dorm Life Two dorm buildings, Lancer Hall is much quieter than Eastern Hall.
Academic Rigor The classes can range from very difficult to very easy.
In three sentences The faculty and the buildings are outstanding. EWC encourages a higher learning and it is definatly a great decision. When money or other issues come into play, the college is more than helpful in helping you out and are very understanding.

Categories Comments Great for these types of students Focused on getting their education, and interested in learning/living the agricultural lifestyle.
Bang for the buck Very reasonable.
What to do for fun Travel approximately 40 miles to Scottsbluff to go shopping, bowling, etc. They also have a zoo. Torrington offers a large park. EWC has several arts programs through the year.
Food and Dining While there are not a lot of options (think elementary/middle school), the food is adequate.
Dorm Life EWC added a new dorm after I left.
Academic Rigor You will get what you give from EWC. If you study hard you can do so much and go far.
Tips for prospective students If you want a job or housing off campus, look early. Be prepared to drive 40 miles to the nearest mall or WalMart. EWC offers several opportunities to experience the arts, but is primarily an agricultural school in an area that thrives because of ranching and farming. Be open to any experiences offered, you won't regret it!
