    Ask questions! Staff members in all of the offices are helpful and if they don't know an answer they will either find out or direct you to someone who knows. My advisor got me in touch of the director of my intended program before I had even applied to make sure I had all of the information I wanted.

    1. make sure you take the ecc seriously. It involves as much work as a four year university 2. Counselors are not that helpful so make sure what classes you are taking and talk to other students for help.
