Definitely for a person who is looking for a small community. You can get to know a lot of people if you are willing to open up. Everything is close by and its quiet and homey. A big commuter school thought.
» Read MoreEven though Elmhurst can be really cheesy about getting involved and becoming a better student through participating with the extra-curriculars on campus, they just mean well. I am very involved with a sorority, the student newspaper, and the National Student Speech-Language-Hearing Association. I am more than ecstatic that I got involved, it really helped me feel comfortable and make new friends.
» Read MoreThis school and campus is so beautiful that you can't help but feel peaceful and ready learn when your here. The faculty and students are very welcoming and nice. And the facilities we have access to are great too, the library, theater, cafeterias, lounges and study areas. Also the campus is literally walking distance from downtown Elmhurst, which is also beautiful. There's all kinds restaurants, a movie theater, clothing stores and salons and even a really cool bowling ally. The metre train is a block away which you can take to see the amazing Downtown Chicago.
