Smaller classes gets you one-on-one time with the instructors. The campus is expanding due to how many students are attending (new library). Financial Aid is always looking for ways to give money to deserving students.

Estrella Mountain has been my choice for college because they have a wonderful staff, an immense amount of resources, and they offer an array of different programs. I have had only positive experiences at this college and plan to graduate from here. This is definitely a college to go to.

It is an excellent school for people who want to get the prerequisites out the way first. The staff here is extremely helpful and pushes you to reach your academic goals. It is a very relaxed environment and the students and staff here are very friendly and helpful.

It is a good school with tons of options on obtaining an education. Student life does a great job of bringing students together that have commonalities. The only issue would be the inconsistency in the faculty.

I though community college was gonna be boring; I thought there were not going to be any events or opportunities for students to grow and become involved. It was completely opposite of that. There are so many opportunities for students to grow there, and the faculty is actually interested in the students success!

Estrella Mountain Community College truly is a wonderful school. I hear comments and complaints from GCC from my friends who went there, and they all wish they could attend my college for it's awesome, non-crowded classes and neatness. Also, this school is constantly trying to improve itself and make it a better place for students, they're almost done with newest part of Estrella hall, a truly beautiful addition to the school.

EMCC is a wonder school to start out with. It does not have all the distraction like a major university but it still has the college like classes to help adjust. It also has a smaller campus, so it is a lot easier to find a class and to get in touch your professor.

EMCC was a great choice for me in getting my general education completed as I get ready to transfer to a university. They have pathways that match education with state universities. The campus is friendly and the teachers are wonderful and helpful.

It's a great place to study, teachers are nice, we have a computer for every student if needed and there's almost programs were you can get a personal tutor of you're having trouble with any of your classes for no cost. Whatever you may need EMCC has it.

This school is a good stepping stone onto a university. It has good instructors and it provides support services for the students such as free tutoring. You have to explore to get information and get pushed into the right direction.
