What Students Are Saying

The food is yummy most of the time and if you get tired of the cafeteria food we have a pretty decent sub shop where you can order burgers, sub sandwiches, fries, chicken nuggets.....etc.
Jazmine from Chicago, IL
The food is usually impressive. I never knew i would love American food this much
Victor from Nigeria
I enjoy the cafeteria most of the time. There could be a little more variety but other than that Thompson Hospitality is satisfying. *Sidenote: the pizza is good lol.
James from Maple Heights, OH
We have options. If you don't want those, there's a Church's Chicken, Captain D's, and Knockout Wings down the street (in walking distance) and MANY delivery places.
Yazjae from Chesapeake, VA
There are two dining options at Fisk University, which is the cafe and the sub shop. The menu's are very tasteful. However, a rigorous schedule may conflict with cafe hours and will land you a meal in the shop. Since the sub shop is a hamburger/sub sandwich home, it is not the ideal place for a balanced meal.
Darica from Blytheville, AR
The meals are great and the diner is even better.
