    The universities in Florida always want to raise tuition. Between scholarships, financial aid and loans, it's pretty easy to cover each semesters tuition and books. It is more expensive to live on campus than it is off. If you have a vehicle, consider the surround neighborhoods for house or apartment rentals.

    FGCU is a great school for a great price. For in state living on campus, I am spending around 12,000 a semester. Which is 24,000 a year. Not a bad price considering all my fees, and utilities are paid for as well as my tuition. My last school I was paying 18,000 and I still had to purchase books!
