The Chemistry and Math department are very good. All the material in Chemistry is covered and the professors are exceptional. In the Math department TI-83 calculators are not allowed but on the plus side Professors such as Ada Monserrat help you to be a better mathematician.

    The service and help you get here is average. The financial assistance for low income students is not well, i love the area and Miami in general. This is also a very diverse school campus.

    Florida International University has a nice campus, that is easy to get around and in in a good area. The students, faculty and staff are friendly and inviting. It's easy to get involved, with opportunities around every turn.

    FIU is very posh and high class. The students and organizations are constantly on the move and there's never a quite moment. The administration is very disorganize but the professors are this university's redeeming feature.

    From the time i started FIU i fell in love with this school. I previously went to Broward College and hated going to school but i actually enjoy going to school here and i feel like i actually get a real college experience. I highly recommend FIU to anyone applying for colleges!

    The academic and educational system of this school is excellent. The on-campus housing gives me the opportunity to explore and investigate the school's activities. Also, the sporting teams are very good and they keep the school in high ratings.
