There are numerous different places for you to choose to eat from which are probably a little more expensive than if you went out to eat the same thing, but the quality of the food is excellent!

Folsom Lake College does an exceptional job of providing students with a large selection of great quality foods. The Falcons Roost, the on-campus dining hall, offers a great variety of lunchtime options. Here one can choose anything from mongolian barbecue to a slice of pizza. All of the food is reasonably priced and rarely disappoints.

I've only eaten in the cafeteria a few times and although there is a wide selection of meals (pizza, burgers, sandwiches, and chow mein), I wish that there was also a salad bar with fresh veggies and fruits. The people working at Java City are the nicest lot I have ever met, and deal with hundreds of caffeine addicted students everyday!

Depending on the campus you will find different food sources. The folsom campus has a variety of foods at the Falcon roost, ranging from pizza to salads, even coffee. At the eldorado center there are vending machines with sandwiches etc. as well as soda and energy drinks. There are also regulars who come out and sell fresh hot tamales! Yum.

Folsom Lake has a cafeteria with a variety of options available, and Java City coffee. All three campuses also have vending machines for convenient snacking in between classes.

The cafe, or Eagle's Nest as it is called, is definitely one of the best school cafe's I have seen. There are two floors, and the food, although somewhat pricey, is high quality. The atmosphere feels homey even though it has a modern look.

I haven't eaten food from the cafeteria - I usually bring my own food - but there are certainly a lot of options for what you want to eat. I've always noticed very long lines at each food station.

I like to think that I am not a geek, because I don't come off as one, but I am. There are geeks everywhere. Intel has a major complex a couple miles away, so there are a ton of Intel Corp. proteges at this school.
