    The most important thing is to develop a relationship with your advisor. If you're lucky, a good advisor will help you plan and track your progress towards graduation. Also, if there is ever any issues regarding financial aid, definitely harass the financial aid office.

    If you are planning to stay on campus sign up for housing early, especially if you have a friend you want to room with. Everything may seem a little intimidating when you first arrive but it does not take long to adjust because everyone is helpful. Also, don't be afraid to ask questions if there is something you need to know.
