The dining at GWU provides an exciting and innovative dining services program for the entire community. You can find great food, honest values, and a comfortable atmosphere in which to enjoy it all. You have a variety of restaurants to choose from, all conveniently located within walking distance of on-campus housing, labs/classrooms and many off-campus apartments.

There are many options to choose from in the cafeteria from vegetarian options, wraps, burgers, pizza, sandwiches, pasta, soup, salad bar, fruit bar, dessert bar, ice cream, and many more options! Chick-fil-A is also a great option along with World of Wings (WOW) and Simply To Go. You can also use Flex Points to shop in the store on cmapus and cook you oown meals if you so desire. There are also many restaurants and grocery stores off campus to get food from such as Ingles, Olive Garden, Papa's Pizza, Ruby Tuesday, Fatz Cafe, Dollar General, Italian Garden, Walmart, and IHOP just to name a few select.

The Cafeteria is very well kept and maintained. The food is excellent with a mixture of all the necessary food groups to eat healthy and still enjoy whats being served. The Dining staff are very polite and are not hesitant to cook special orders for students. There are many restaurants and fast-food cafes on campus which are absolutely delicious. Top quality for a university.

Although there seems to be little changes of meal choice in the cafeteria, you are presented with several different places to dine such as chick-fil-a on campus, and Asian cuisine, sub shop, coffee shop, snack shop, and burger and wing joint.

The Caf has its good days and its bad days, and it seems that the bad days out weigh the good. It depends on your personal preference of food, but since I'm a picky eater, your opinion may differ. For picky eaters like me, they offer you different selections of food. They offer choices from pizzas and burgers, to home cooked southern meals. There is even a vegan/vegetarian section.
