Around Town

There are always fun events and opportunities to take part in.

Walk to sheetz or go to Walmart.

Almost nothing. You must go off campus for fun.

Hang out with friends, play intramural sports, always stay involve with anything that goes on at Geneva.

If you can make friends with someone with a car. You have a lot more to do. If you stay on campus, your limits are your imagination. Get involved in a club. The college hosts free events, and every Friday night a church in walking distance hosts swing dancing- all evening for $1

There are a lot of nice little shops in Beaver Falls that you may not find elsewhere. Also, just minutes away is Buttermilk Falls, a beautiful park with an amazing waterfall that should definately be checked out!

Geneva offers on campus activities like film fest in october, the black and white in the winter and then a campus wide talent show at the end of the year. Geneva also puts together road trips and athletic rallies. another locational perk for Geneva is that it is only 30 minutes from Pittsburg.

You make do with what you have. Pittsburgh is only a day trip away, there are flea markets close by, and a mall. A few movie theatres, but game nights with friends top all.

There are always different events going on on campus. There is a zipline located behind one of the dorms, a room with exercise equipment to work out in, a track, and a music building where there are pianos to practice. There are concerts and places to shop all around the city also and the campus is about 45 minutes away from Pittsburgh.
