Categories Comments Campus Safety There is always Police on the campus as their security. My two years of studying at this school, I have not seen any violence.
Greek Life If there's Greek life, I failed to notice, however some student form their own study groups, the Library have very little books, but plenty computer to use and internet is always running.
Clubs and Activities The school have variety of clubs that a student can join.
Great for these types of students Those who have family and are working are great for this school. The classes are only eight weeks long, There are classes on Saturdays, and have free Tutors on campus.
Share any unusual traditions or locations on campus The campus have two man made ponds, full of fishes and lots of ducks and geese.
Bang for the buck As long as you apply for financial aids, or qualify for some other grants, the tuition are fair and the text books are included as long you return them on the due date.
What to do for fun The school have variety of clubs to join if you choice to join on one or as many as you can.
Food and Dining There is no cafeteria in campus only bending machines. However, the campus is only 2 minutes from the nearest fast food restaurants.
Dorm Life There is no dorm.
Academic Rigor Be prepare to do a lot of essays and research, the school is tough on Plagiarism, cheating and lateness. If you turn in your essays early or sometimes went to tutor, the teacher gives 10% extra on your grades. The school have excellent Tutors in the campus and it's free. The books comes with the tuition, so make sure you return the book when its due. The classes are small in size and its fast phase, 8 weeks the most. Much smaller campus and close to everything.
Tips for prospective students As long as you show up and do all your extra credit, turn in your Essays early, attend a free Tutor if you need to, participate in class, ask questions, take notes and study, the likely of getting B's and A's are good. Make sure you register for the classes early to get the teacher you want and the availability of that class, because the classes fill out fast.
In three sentences Great Instructors that are willing to work with you if you are having difficulty with the subject. Mrs. Best and Mrs. Farrone are one of the excellent Math Professor. If you are not doing well in Test and Quiz, do all your extra credits and you will do great.

Categories Comments Great for these types of students Yes; this school is not too expensive, it promotes a safe environment, the office is friendly, and if you play your cards right, you can graduate with an associates degree early while also making money at your job. This school is a great first step to making it in the real world.
Tips for prospective students This school has great schedules for students who work. 90% of the students at GMC have a job so the administrators will work with you about making out a schedule that fits you.
Bang for the buck This is not a really expensive school. My total tuition was less than most colleges and if you have HOPE Scholarship, depending on your GPA, you should not have to pay that much.
Am enjoying being here Yes; the teachers will not pressure you to do the homework. You have full responsibility for your actions. The teachers will usually be there after class if you need them to help you.
Am learning a lot Yes; this junior college is accredited which means credits will transfer anyway. It is also ranked the #12 community college in the nation and so far it's living up to its hype.

Dorm Life I do not live in a dorm
Academic Rigor The courses offered are challenging, without becoming overwhelming. The quarter system can get the best of some students, but, if taken in doable doses, is extremely efficient in regards to completing courses in a timely manner.
Tips for prospective students Register for your classes as early as possible, and always keep in touch with the offices. They are there to help you, and it's your responsibility to make sure all deadlines are met.
In three sentences Georgia Military College offers a productive enviroment within my hometown. The staff is always willing to help, and the classes are effective and precise.

Clubs and Activities Drama, chess, biology, book, choir, christian, computer, ethics bowl team and history.
Great for these types of students Any type of student would do great here.
Share any unusual traditions or locations on campus They have a lake on campus and some very funny geese that hang around campus.
Bang for the buck Very much so.
What to do for fun G.M.C. has several clubs including chess club, drama club, and many more. They actually do have pizza day a few times a month and sometimes chick-fil-a.
Dorm Life No dorms.
Academic Rigor You'll have to study a lot, but the classes themselves are not very difficult. Staying focused is key..
Tips for prospective students Constantly check the website and facebook page for updates. Try to enroll for classes as early as possible because the best ones go very fast..
In three sentences It is an ideal starter school. The staff is top notch. It is very affordable..
