Night life in Statesboro isn't as broad as if you were in Atlanta or some other bigger city but there is still plenty to do. The Clubhouse provides bowling, laser tag, and miniature golf. There are also many other alternatives that are here in case you would like to do something different.

join a club, because you will have a lot of free time on your hands. on the weekends is when the fun really begins, go out and have fun with your friends . their are also many events throughout the week . also volunteer! we are in a city that needs our help , and if volunteering isn't for you then just volunteer for the college credit you'll get by doing so.

There is a fun center for everyone called the Clubhouse, there is a plaza of bars that is pretty much On-campus, and if know some people, you can always find a house party or kickback.

Georgia Southern is a small southern town, therefore you often have to get creative when spending free time. Bar life is a popular night activity, however not everyone at Georgia Southern chooses to participate in this life. Being involved in organizations on campus such as Greek Life is a great way to spend your free time in a fun and productive way.

Statesboro is in a great location. Not only does the school offer plenty of extracurricular activities, but the town is not far from Savannah, Atlanta, etc.

I am more of a pool shooter. I find myself at Southern Billiards and Burgers most of my days at GSU. The Recreation and Activity Center is a great place to stay in shape. It has and olympic size pool and jacuzzi, outdoor pool and volleyball court, 8 indoor basketball courts, 6 outside basketball courts, indoor track and outdoor trail, and lastly a rock climbing wall.

They had a free movie showing at the Russel Union every Friday night. There are also different events that always seem to be going on. A lot of people go to the bars and different parties to get drunk for fun though.

There isn't many actual attractions to GSU but we are better off than many other cities. We are 40 minutes from Savannah and 50 from the beach.
