I like to explore the streets of Atlanta. I go to the recreational center and play games or work out. I go to the student center to watch movies or find out whats happening on campus. If I don't feel like staying on campus, I can take the Marta and go to different areas in Atlanta. There are a lot of options about what to do? at GSU. There is never a dull moment.

GSU is in Downtown Atlanta, therefore you're close to a lot of things to do for fun! Whether that includes going to Centennial Park for a picnic, Georgia Aquarium, or the nightlife. There are so many places to visit and hang out in Atlanta.

A LOT! From fraternities/sororities, concerts, off campus dining, football games, basketball games, just the overall campus spirit is united. If you don't find anything you are interested in on campus, HEY, you're in the heart of one the greatest cities in the country! It's a lot of fun.

Students could go watch a movie or go to the gym. The gym includes basketball, track, karate, etc. There is also somewhere to play volleyball, even when it's not even summer.

Being in the city you are always gonna have something to do! Georgia State campus is walking distance from Underground Atlanta and Centennial Park. There are numerous Marta stations on campus that you can go to in order to go to other places for fun also.

There are unlimited things to do for fun while attending GSU. It is located in the heart of downtown Atlanta. There are clubs, theaters, tourist attractions, and even sports arenas to go to. Not to far away is the Atlanta zoo.

Anything you want! You are in downtown Atlanta, so you have transportation by foot, by MARTA, or even car because something that is 20 minutes away may be the farthest for anything that is far away. GSU always gives special discounts for places like Six Flags or even just the movies. So you have shopping, movies, park festivals, Phillips arena, GSU events such as the panther prowls, which are like festivals followed by a party! And of course clubs, bars, and parties downtown. There is always something to do.

Party, on-campus, off-campus, between campus. Get involved in on-campus events, pay attention. There is usually something going on in the library plaza, on Tuesday/Thursday at noon.

We have a recreation center where you can do everything from working out, playing basketball, climbing rocks, swimming, and more. There are different clubs that host events on almost everyday of the week. Free access to all sporting events that occur at home. Simply walking with friends downtown to a restaurant is considered to be fun. There is so much more here to do downtown.
