» Read MoreThere are numerous student council positions that students can join. At least twice a week there are fund-raisers being held by other clubs. Also, Golden West College does a great job by hosting many campus wide events such as Diversity Week, Red Cross Blood Drives, and Gay Pride Week. Golden West loves to celebrate the diverse nature of the campus and offer free food at a majority of the events. Other than that there is a large quad in the center of the school and a beautiful garden in the corner complete with trails and benches for students to relax.
