The campus area is beautiful and near the river.

playing sports are aways an option. Intramural sports are a great option for fun.

Spokane is cool, you can go downtown along the river pretty easy. There's some hiking spots around. There's a rock wall downtown, an ice skating rink downtown... seeing a movie, going shopping. On the weekends there's always parties, so if you want to go out that's always an option.

Get involved! Leave your door open to meet new people, participate in freshman games and explore the club fair. Gonzaga can be the perfect school for so many types of people if you are willing to find your niche. Joining a club or a sports team increases your community and network.

There are SO many clubs on campus to get involved in and intramural and club sports. Also if you don't love basketball, you will learn to love it here. Try to go to as many as you can! They are almost one of the best things about GU.

At Gonzaga everyone is involved in sports. Almost every single person is a part of an intramural team, and going to the basketball games is one of the most fun experiences you will ever have.

Work out at the Rudolf Fitness Center, participate in Intramural sports (they're great!), walk to downtown Spokane and explore, visit Sky High or just cruise around the city!
