You can go to athletic events, rock climb for free, workout, play all sorts of sports from racquetball to roller hockey, go to Lake Michigan, the mall, or even downtown Grand Rapids for a concert or nice meal.

Grand Valley has some of the best sports teams in Division 2, that is something I will definitely be doing for fun. They also told me about the wide ranges of clubs available.

Grand Valley offers plenty of activities for everyone such as intramural and club sports, medieval club, campus ministry and more. There is a club for everyone and if there is a club that does not suit the students fancy they are welcomed to create their own positive club.

There are always events taking place on campus. Football games are huge at Grand Valley and always a lot of fun! There are lots of clubs to join and volunteer opportunities, as well. Off campus, Grand Rapids is a 20 minute drive away with awesome night life, shopping, and dining. Grand Haven and Lake Michigan is also 20 minutes from Grand Valley

There is always cool events going on weekly, sometimes daily. There are awesome clubs/organizations to join and very friendly students. :)

Throughout the year there are many campus-sponsored events that go on to help students get to know each other and have fun. There is also a state-of-the-art rec center for any avid weightlifters, basketball players, volleyball players, or swimmers. Anyone who is active will never be out of activities on Grand Valley's campus.

Grand rapids is 15 min away from campus along with the beach being very close as well.

Grand Valley has a lot of clubs you can join and there are sporting events going on all of the time so there is usually something to do. there is also a small movie theater that you can go to.

There are many things on campus to do for fun like the broad array of clubs, like the running club and beekeepers club. They have sand volleyball courts near Fuel, sports center, and the apartments. There is a recreation center to help stay or get into shape, along with yoga class, and a rock-climbing wall. There is no doubt you will never be bored.

There's lots to do for fun on campus at Grand Valley! The recreation center has a state-of-the-art fitness center with a rock wall and swimming pool, there are tons of clubs to get involved with, and GVSU always hosts cool speakers to come and listen to!
