The professors are very knowledgeable and make time to help you if you don't understand or just have a question. Each class I take regarding my major just makes me want to learn more! Even the other classes are interesting! You can sign up for a tutor for free if you need more help. They are really nice. For papers of all kinds, you can take it to the writing center for suggestions, help, reference work, for free as well.

Between the plethora of clubs to join, outstanding athletics to enjoy, and top-rated education to prepare you for your future, Grand Valley has it all. Not to mention, the campus is gorgeous and there is always something going on!

    When I visited Grand Valley State University I saw that they take much pride in their school for how clean their campus is. I was impressed with how many academic programs are offered, as well as the Grand Rapids campus, with many awaiting opportunities in such a large city. Grand Valley provides a welcoming atmosphere with helping students, staff, and their beautiful campus.

    Grand Valley State University has been a phenomenal institution in that it has allowed me to grow both in and out of the classroom. The University is able to provide a large student body and ample opportunities, while maintaining the feeling that you are attending a small school. This was the best educational institution I could have chosen for myself because it allowed for a smooth transition from high school to college life.

    Grand Valley is a wonderful school. They have tough courses but they make up for that in how helpful the teachers are. Grand valley also offers a lot of centers that help with writing, math, and science.

    Grand Valley State University is a wonderful school with an amazing atmosphere. The professors here really want you to succeed and are willing to give you as much as help as you need to do well. There are also many clubs you can join, there is no doubt that you cannot find one where you can fit in.

    Grand Valley is a great school, full of diversity and multiple opportunities for interpersonal interactions. The campus is manageable; it's not too big, or small, making it perfect for making classes on time and maybe seeing others that you know.
