Grand Valley is a crazy expensive university. Apply for all the grants and loans you can. Sororities and Fraternities are pretty expensive on campus as well - spend your money wisely!

I just transferred from the University of Arizona, and I definnitely say GVSU is a great deal. I was an out of state student at UA, where my estimated cost of attendance was over 40,0000 a year. When I transferred to GV, they gave me in-state status after only 6 months, so now my cost is only 20,000 a year. I've made good connections and have a good job on campus, so GV was definitely worth the change.
