They offer a lot of financial help and many areas to get food and supplies. Usually prices are not to high, but they have been known to be a little more. But which do you prefer, convenience or slightly lower prices?

The pricing per credit is quite fair considering the hardship were in. Apply for grants, loans, or scholarships to help pay for your tuition and fees.

I feel as though college is too expensive to start with. Unfortunately, the instructors' decisions to use only current edition books can make things even more costly. Expect to pay upwards of $300 per quarter for books.

From previously attending a University, I know how expensive it is to attend school. Professors at green river definitely give you your bang for your buck and are well educated on their subject.

Quite honestly, Green River costs less than a University, but still the price of tuition and fees is a bit steep. Expect some relatively large fees depending on how many credits you are taking each quarter. As far as materials go, books here are expensive, but most you cannot find elsewhere. Green River buys hard cover books and removes the cover so that you cannot resell the books, be aware of this.
