Around Town

For fun I get together with friends and walk to town. I also enjoy going out to the quad and doing my homework there or playing a game of frisbee. IM sports are also great. There are also many different programs different clubs on-campus put on such as a monthly coffee houses that SGA does.

Pittsburgh is close by, there are great shopping outlets just minutes away, and students regularly plan hang out times.

Study... there's bowling alleys, rec rooms, IM sports, club sports, lots to do.

IM Sports

Getting involved in campus activities opens up a lot of doors to have fun. Playing sports (whether varsity, club, or IM) or getting involved in the theater open up fun commitments. It is also nice to watch movies with friends or play games in the dorms. Ketler has pool tables as well as ping pong tables.

Not much nightlife, can't visit each other's dorms during certain hours if you are of the opposite sex. Greek life is pretty unimportant, but there is people here for everyone to fit in with. Pretty much have to create your own entertainment or go into Pittsburgh.

This is probably Grove City's biggest struggle; since it's located in a small town, there's no city life and during the weekends there often isn't much to do. But with friends you get creative and always manage to figure something out.

There is always an ultimate Frisbee game going on. If your into bowling, there is a bowling alley in the basement of the PLC.
