Being a small school, Hardin-Simmons makes everyone feel like one big family. The university encourages students to get plugged into campus organizations and social groups on campus. I enjoy being a part of something big, and I do not feel like a number here. Making friends is so easy here, and mostly everyone you meet will have a smile on their face and is ready to strike up a conversation with you.

HSU is a smaller school, getting to classes is very easy and quick. You will always see someone you know walking around campus. The campus grounds are beautiful and well kept. There is always something to do on campus. It is a small community at HSU, the professors, staff, and students all make a point of getting to know each other. Someone is always looking out for you.
