Lots of churches in Abilene have great college ministries. There's also a mini golf place, Paramount theatre downtown that shows old movies sometimes, a regular movie theatre, a couple museums, the Abilene Zoo, we have a mall, there's a lake close by, and my favorite activity - going to Oplin! It's the name of a little town not too far away, but also the place lots of people (of all ages, but there's a good college crowd) go to two-step! It's in a cute little renovated gym and live bands play.

There are plenty of places to go line dancing or, if your looking for something more modern, night clubs catering to the college crowd.
