Categories Comments Campus Safety there is security personel that patrol the campus at all times.
Greek Life ther are a couple that you can join.
Clubs and Activities there are many clubs at hctc. it all depends on what club you want to join.
Great for these types of students great for all types of students, particularly the ones that are older and want to improve on their life.
Share any unusual traditions or locations on campus i do not know of anything unusual except for the knowledge and freindlyness of the staff and students.
Bang for the buck i think that one would be hard pressed to find a better education for the costs. hctc is one of the top ten community colleges in the usa.
What to do for fun there are nearby theaters,golf course,night clubs(for the students who are over 21),parks,pools,gyms,and many more things to do for fun.
Food and Dining they have a nice, clean, and diverse cafeteria. the food is pretty good too.
Dorm Life there are no dorms on campus.
Academic Rigor most of the classes are challenging and require that you take notes and study.
Tips for prospective students get your financial aid request filled out early. get an adviser to help with your schedule. the class hours are really flexible. they have tutors that will help you with any classes that you might need help with. they have a good honors program. they have staff to help with anything that you may need, from parking to disabilities.
In three sentences this is a great place to further your education. they have programs to help with all of your educational needs. they have really great people working there and will go out of their way to help you.

Categories Comments Campus Safety There is security officers on campus. The campus is patrolled by both the city and county law personnel.
Greek Life None that I am aware of.
Clubs and Activities There are a few clubs. The school schedules activities for the students and faculty.
Great for these types of students Adult learners that return to school later in life.
Share any unusual traditions or locations on campus None that I am aware of.
Bang for the buck You will get a good education for the costs of attending.
What to do for fun The are theaters, parks, clubs, and bowling alleys close to campus.
Food and Dining The food in the cafeteria is alright but, not world class.
Dorm Life No dorms.
Academic Rigor The classes are challenging.
Tips for prospective students Apply for financial aid early as possible.
In three sentences HCTC is a great place to continue my education. The faculty cares for the students and help make sure that all students have a good learning environment. I would rate the academics at the tops in the country.

Categories Comments Bang for the buck Tuition is decent but hey they have to get paid to teach us so no complaints here.
What to do for fun Making friends and hanging out with them is just as fun
Food and Dining Wonderful food and a decent variety, and cheaper than fast food.
Academic Rigor Close to home easy to navigate, best of all wide variety of options, well worth attending and completing your degree.
Tips for prospective students Take core classes first and then decide what you want to do. It makes it allot easier to decide what field of study and career options you will be interested in.
In three sentences The Staff and instructors are here for all students and willing to help, If it wasn't for them we all would be in trouble. Thank you all for such an experience to be apart of.

Bang for the buck Tuition raised but it is still a bang for your buck compared to surrounding schools. However, the bookstore will rip you off... BAD!
What to do for fun Sit outside and feel the breeze. Go to local shopping centers and other attractions.
Food and Dining The main campus has dining, in which I have never eat from.
Dorm Life We have no dorms.
Academic Rigor The courses are challenging.
Tips for prospective students Get FASFA done early, or else it is hostile trying to get everything ready before school starts.
In three sentences Hazard Community and Technical College is a great place for furthering education. The professors are excellent! I have enjoyed my experience within this school, and still am.
