    Community Colleges are in general, cheap. HCC is no exception. And in some respects, it shows. Many labs and classrooms could use renovation, and I would not mind a server upgrade or two. We are, nonetheless, a functional college. If you want eye candy, and our one vista of the Olympics and the Sound is not enough, go elsewhere. You can pay the higher rates for the right of a pretty campus.

    At this point I would say yes it is. You should always look into what you need for what type of classes you are trying to get into. Make sure they are classes you need so not to waste money on a class you did not have to take.
