    Bring as much warm clothing as you own: you will need it in winter. Be prepared to work harder than you did in high school. If you haven't decided to attend Hope yet, stay the night. My overnight visit was the deciding factor in my college choice.

    Be open to change. Get out and meet people. Since it is a small school, it can be more intimidating trying to meet people. Talk to everyone you meet. Try hard in your classes. NOTHING is a blow-off class.
