It is an excellent university for dedicated students. The classes are small and difficult enough to teach prepare you for anything. The environment is friendly and up lifting.

Cost a lot of money but the education is great. Not a lot to do here. Gets boring fast

I would give Houston Baptist University a 7 out of 10. It is a beautiful school with a beautiful campus and awesome Godly people, but it does have its drawbacks. It has great academics though and you will definitely learn a lot.

It is in a convenient location, looks well organized, and has many programs to choose from.

HBU has really good and caring teachers. It is a very friendly and spiritual campus. Really nice campus as well.

Houston Baptist University is a liberal arts college, and it helps broaden your knowledge by teaching you not only subjects for one's major but also to help prepare for the real world. I absolutely love attending this college because it's small and allows me to focus more; it gives more one on one attention with professors and more time to get to know each other and communicate.

This university is so diverse with the religions, and people. There is amazing community between students and staff.

Houston Baptist University is truly a school centered around serving God, and attributing all truths to Him. The professors are personal, always willing to help, and they genuinely care about each and every student. The close sense of community at Houston Baptist allows students to grow together academically, spiritually, and emotionally.

The university has a wide range of programs. While there aren't a large amount of majors currently at the school, programs such as criminal justice are being started. The school is in the process of expanding its resources and introducing new sports teams.
