    Howard Payne University is a typical university in which the professors are there for you mentally, physically, and emotionally. They support you in everything you do. Only thing wrong is you're not allowed to truly express yourself so therefore I would rate Howard Payne a 6!

    Howard Payne University is a small school where the professors take interest and get to know their students. HPU has many opportunities to get to know others through the small classes and through all the different activities offered. The professors teach students to become lifelong learners.
